Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, Robert J. Walker, stresses a point during a discussion with crewmembers aboard the frigate USS Francis Hammond (FF-1067) at Yokosuka, Navy Base Feb 2-4. Master Chief Walker's visit to Hammond was part of his tour of Western Pacific ships and Naval stations to observe morale, welfare and professional growth of enlisted personnel.
