It is with deep regret I inform you of the passing of Rear Admiral Robert "Bob" Sutton, U.S. Navy (Retired) on November 16, 2020 at age 78. Rear Adm. Sutton enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1959, graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1964 and served as a Surface Line Officer until his retirement in 1999 as the Director of the Navy
